On this plate you can grill barbecues, steaks, chicken, vegetables or, with the addition of a grill grate, smoke chicken or fish.

The universal plate is the equivalent of the deflector (heat distributor) on COBB grills, but can also be used for frying.

The plate is made of food-grade stainless steel, so you can easily wash it in the dishwasher without damaging it.
